Clinical consultation provides licensed mental health therapists and associate therapists with a supportive and professional space to enhance clinical skills by integrating theory into practice as they work toward licensure or professional growth. Through consultation, therapists at all stages of their career journey gain guidance on complex client cases, diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and best practices for diverse populations. 

Consultation provides therapist with opportunities to explore tools to transition from community work to private practice, helps prevent burnout, and promotes personal and professional confidence.

Navigating the challenges of college life and the expectations of familismo can be meaningful, yet overwhelming. During mentorship sessions, students and/or parents get an opportunity to enter a space of reflection where they can learn effective tools to bridge the generational gaps. Whether you are a student balancing academic/career pressures while carrying the draining First-Gen guilt or a parent feeling disconnected from your child and not knowing how to give them space to grow while honoring the cultural traditions, you each deserve a space that honors your family and empowers your growth.

Mentorship Services are designed to provide:

• For High School and College Students: Effective communication, stress management, and self-care wellness skills to address the many roles and layers of stress/guilt/shame/doubt your family places on you and enhance academic and personal success. Together, we can explore the different psychology career options and careers to reach your goals. 
• For Parents: Parenting strategies to foster meaningful student/parent relationships with open-curious-communication and bridge the gap between generations.
